Shipping

We believe in a no-surprise shipping policy.

-Spend over $199 and receive FREE shipping.

-All other orders are $19 Flat Rate Fee.

Currently we are only shipping within Canada. We will try to package and send your order as soon as possible. This will usually be with in one or two business days. We will then send you an email letting you know your package was shipped with tracking information.

Returns Policy

Not totally satisfied with your product? You're an important customer so we will try to make it right. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be sent in the same condition that they were sent and have original packaging. Just follow the instructions below.

1. Fill out the form below or email us at info@maxoutfit.ca. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt. From there we will give you a Return Authorization #.

2. Ship your item back via the method of your choice. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

3. Once our store receives your package we will refund your original payment methods within 5 days. 

If the mistake is on our end (sent wrong product, missing pieces) please get in touch as soon as you receive your order with the contact form below. From there we will do all we can to make it right.
